TSD Propane Adapter
To any airsoft enthusiast who has used a gas gun (Other than CO2) knows that green and red gas can sometimes be hard to acquire. The solution has been to utilize a propane adapter nozzle which allows the user to use camp stove propane cannisters to fill their airsoft guns. The difference between the product known as "Green Gas" and propane is mostly air freshener and silicone lubricant according to most web sites.
Up until this point adding silicon oil could be done with a small amount of effort by adding a few drops to the inside of the adapter before attaching it to the propane bottle. No problem right? Not if you plan on using your gas powered gun more than a couple of times. TSD seems to have this problem more or less in check by offering an adapter that has a small chamber in the side into which the silicone drops are now added.
"Ah, but does it work?" The short answer? Yes. It works just fine and we have several magazines worth of smooth operation to prove it.
Perhaps a small innovation, and not earth shaking per se, but then again, we can all agree that sliced bread is a definite improvement over the unsliced variety.
Maybe a silicone chamber isn't on the same level as sliced bread, but its a great improvement and it works well.
We whole heartedly recommend it!
